UVic Committees
Each year, the University
of Victoria seeks student
representation for academic, operational, services, and hiring
committees of departments and faculties.
Commitment varies from a single meeting to regularly-scheduled mandatory attendance. A student
wishing to sit on a committee may be recommended by a course union or nominated
at a UVSS Board of Directors meeting, where elections for seats take
place.
